At Diva International Inc., we want to revolutionise your period game for good, which is why we proudly stand behind our products, unrivalled customer support, and our quality controls.

Diva International Inc. (“Diva”) warrants that its DivaCup® products (“Product(s)”) will be free from manufacturing defects for three (3) months from the date of purchase by the original, end-user purchaser. Because Diva cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorised sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Diva or a Diva International authorised seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Diva reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised Internet sites.

This limited warranty does not cover discolouration from normal use, damage due to misuse, improper care, alteration to the Product, or negligence. The Diva Consumer Support Team is standing by if you have questions on how to properly care for your DivaCup.

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a manufacturing defect should contact our Australian distributors, Barton Brands by calling 1300 884 456 Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (AEST) or by email support@bartonbrands.com.au and should have the following information available: (i) the Product name and model; (ii) the name of the seller from whom the Product was purchased; and (iii) proof of purchase.

If your request is approved, you will then need to send Barton Brands a picture of your Product, and your proof of purchase, to the email address or physical address below. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing these items to Diva should you elect to mail these materials to the physical address below.

Additionally, Diva may require that you mail your Product to Barton Brands at the address below and, if this request is made, Barton Brands will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Barton Brands will replace a defective Product that is covered by this limited warranty or will refund the purchase price of the Product.
